For perineal massage - from 35 weeks of pregnancy:
- To help gently stretch perineal skin and muscles, use once or twice a week.
- Place The Aspen 3 to 5 cm inside the vagina.
- Gently press down, then to one side of the vagina, then down and to the other side.
- Continue sweeping in a U-shaped motion for 2 minutes. Relax, then repeat.
For strengthening pelvic floor muscles:
- Discuss with Doctor before use during pregnancy or following child birth. Do not use within the first six weeks post-birth.
