- The avocado seed oil is a true all-rounder. Rich in vitamins A, D and E as well as unsaturated fatty acids, it penetrates deep into the skin, providing intensive care and nourishment. - Natural essential oils in a concentration of 0.2% form the unique, calming scent of ALMA: happy mandarin meets the sweetness of benzoin and the floral notes of rose geranium. Grounding and stability are provided by the scent of Atlas cedar, which is said to give strength in the transitions of life.

During pregnancy (and afterwards): Apply daily after showering or bathing to damp body skin - especially the belly - and massage in with gentle strokes towards the heart.
For babies: A gentle massage with the oil strengthens the bond between parents and baby and provides a feeling of security. After bathing, before going to bed or in between, warm some oil in the palms of your hands and massage baby's tummy, arms, back, legs and feet with gentle circular movements.
