The Premium LUNARY Folic Acid (Folate) Boost made from 400µg bioactive folic acid as pure L-methylfolate (patented active ingredient from Quatrefolic®) per capsule. Premium folate with a purity of at least 99.9% L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate. Pea fiber as the only natural filler. No additives, vegan, GMO-free, cruelty-free, 60 capsules. During pregnancy and when breastfeeding, it is recommended to take one capsule with sufficient water and ideally with food. If you wish to have children, take 2 capsules daily.
