- Grape Seed oil is recommended for massage thanks to its emollient properties. Rich in tocopherols and phenolic compounds, it combats free radical production and loss of subcutaneous tissue density. It contains powerful oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPCs), recognized for having the most powerful antioxidant properties in the plant kingdom. Their strong affinity with cutaneous collagen helps preserve the integrity of the connective tissue, which in turn keeps the skin firm.
- Brown algae (Alaria esculenta) has anti-aging and firming properties. By inhibiting the enzymes that damage collagen and elastin, it helps preserve the integrity of the supporting connective tissue.
- Traditionally used by Berber women living in a dry, hot and windy environment, Argan oil is ideal for preventing the skin from drying out. Rich in phenolic compounds and vitamin E, this oil is a natural antioxidant that protects the tissues from degeneration.
- Olive oil is extremely rich in oleic acids (Omega 9), natural compounds in the sebum. It is essential to the production of the hydrolipidic film which protects the skin from dryness and external aggressions, while keeping it supple. This oil also contains squalene, a major constituent of the skin, which has emollient and antioxidant properties.
- Capsicum oleoresin is an extract of capsicum with warming properties. By boosting the cutaneous microcirculation, it releases tension for an immediate well-being effect.
- Sunflower oil is rich in gamma-linolenic acid (Omega 6), the main constituent of ceramides. They are responsible for the cohesion of the epidermal cells, thus combating dry skin and protecting it from external aggressions. Regenerating and relipidating, this oil makes the skin supple and elastic.
- The more intense the massage, the more the microcirculation is stimulated, thus promoting cellular regeneration. For a more relaxing action, massage slowly and mindfully, paying particular attention to any areas of tension: trapezius, solar plexus, lumbar region.
