As the last step in your morning skincare routine, apply a generous, even layer to face and neck before sun exposure (use one teaspoon). Please keep in mind that sunscreen does not provide 100 % protection from UV rays. The best protection is to keep out of direct sunlight between noon and 3 PM when the sun is at its strongest.
