The ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) nutritional supplement elixir helps to keep blood sugar levels stable throughout the day. This can help to reduce cravings and energy lows and really boost the metabolism – including fat burning.
- Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and helps to protect cells from oxidative stress.
- Vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism, normal functioning of the immune system, normal energy metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
- Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels and to normal macronutrient metabolism.
Add up to 6 full pipette fillings (equivalent to about 1 tablespoon) to 150 ml of water or unsweetened tea.
It is recommended to take the drops first thing in the morning or up to 15 minutes before a meal.
The recommended daily dose is 1-2 servings per day.
Tip: To protect your teeth, it is best to drink it through a straw to avoid direct contact with your teeth, as the apple cider vinegar it contains can affect them.
