Whey Bath

The whey bath acts like a gentle embrace and brings soothing relaxation for the whole family. For mothers during pregnancy: Bathe for a maximum of 10 minutes and ensure that the water temperature does not exceed 37 degrees. Recommendation: Talk to your midwife or gynecologist beforehand to see if there are any medical reasons not to bathe.

For the baby: Add up to 3 spoonfuls of the whey bath to warm bath water and spread until the powder has completely dissolved. After bathing, rinse the skin thoroughly with clear water.
