It is recommended to take dissolving 4.73 grams, i.e. one tablespoon, of DAILY ESSENTIAL powder in a glass of water daily and taking it together with the vegan Omega 3 capsule and the LUNARY BOOST capsule. Take everything with food, as this helps the body to optimally absorb the ingredients.
