For best results, follow a complete treatment cycle by performing 3 to 4 sessions per week (spaced 48 hours apart) for a period of 6 to 8 weeks. After each cycle, take a 1-month break as a rest period before resuming treatments.

Step 1: Be sure the mask is properly charged (3.5 hours charging time), then disconnect from the power cord. Let mask sit unused for 1 hour before use.

Step 2: Cleanse and dry your face before each session to remove dirt, oil and makeup.

Step 3: For optimal relaxation and maximum benefit from the session, a semi-reclining position is recommended.

Step 4: Turn mask on (see picture); using the control buttons, choose phototype. The programme length adjusts automatically:

Programme 1 - fair skin: 5.35 minutes.
Programme 2 - medium-light skin: 11.10 minutes.
Programme 3 - dark skin: 13.55 minutes.

Start session.

Step 5: Mask shuts off automatically once session is over. Mask can be shut off manually at any time using the start/stop button. 

Step 6: Clean mask and store it in its protective case.
