The Oil-Pulling Mouthwash is based on virgin coconut oil, renowned for its antibacterial and teeth-whitening properties. Essential oils, when used orally, further support dental health. By combining these oils with pure coconut oil, the efficacy of the oil-pulling ritual is enhanced.

An invigorating ritual to start the day:
- Carefully clean the tongue using a tongue scraper.
- Place a teaspoon of DENTAL OIL RITUAL Coconut & Spearmint in the mouth.
- Move the oil around in the oral cavity for 5 to 10 minutes and draw it through the interdental spaces.
- Spit out and do not swallow the oil.
- Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water and brush your teeth.
