- The LUNARY DAILY ESSENTIAL provides a basic nutrient supply plus a vegan Omega 3 capsule made from algae oil, and support with vital micronutrients in the daily health routine. Current research shows that hormonal composition, sex chromosomes, the microbiome and metabolism affect the unique nutritional needs of women. The latest scientific findings therefore underline the importance of gender-specific nutritional recommendations for women, especially for active women.
