- Take 1-2 heaped teaspoons (approx. 5-10 g) daily with min. 300 ml of water, coconut water, vegetable milk or stirred into a smoothie or yogurt.
- In addition, take one Digestion-Boost capsule.
- For mixing, shake, stir or blend in a blender for a smooth consistency. Avoid warm beverages (tea/coffee) 30 minutes after ingestion as it may hinder absorption of ingredients.
