The Premium LUNARY Vitamin D3+K2 MK7 as a practical mixture contains 20µg 800IE Vitamin D3 and 22.5µg Vitamin K2. The vegan vitamin D is obtained from the lichen cholecalciferol, the vitamin K from the vegan raw material MENACHINON oil (all-trans MK- 7), we use olive oil as a carrier oil. Directly bioactive due to its oil base: fat-soluble D3 + K2 is already absorbed in the oral cavity for the immune system, muscle function, bones, teeth, calcium utilization and cell division. which is an important co-factor for the optimal absorption of vitamin D3.
Vitamin D is also called the sunshine vitamin; the body produces 90 percent of it in the skin itself when it is exposed to the sun's rays.
