Shampoo: Dampen your hair with warm water. Dispense two pumps of shampoo into the palm of your hand and massage from root to tip, taking deep breaths to absorb the fragrance. Add more for longer hair. Rinse thoroughly with warm water, or you may want to try rinsing with cold water to stimulate blood circulation. For best results follow with Seymour conditioner.    

Conditioner: Dispense a generous amount of conditioner into the palm of your hand. Massage into damp hair, taking deep breaths to absorb the Seymour scent. Leave for two minutes to lock in moisture before rinsing thoroughly.
