The candle holder is inspired by Dora Maar, the French photographer, poet and painter who became famous as Pablo Picasso's lover and muse. In his Muse collection, star ceramicist Jonathan Adler shapes and designs the models classically and then replaces the characteristic geometric relief patterns with body parts such as hands, breasts, lips - or faces to create a surreal style.
