Matcha Kit - Cosmo Chawan

In addition to the organic matcha powder (50g Ceremonial Grade Premium Organic Matcha Powder, 1st harvest from HEALTH BAR), the set also includes a matching bamboo matcha whisk (Japanese Chasen) for the perfect matcha ceremony, as well as a handmade Cosmo Chawan (Japanese Chawan or Matchawan) matcha bowl painted with black dots/brushstrokes and finished with a gloss. The wavy edge of the handmade bowl depicts the irregular mountain landscape of Japan.

- More energy, better concentration. Matcha contains more caffeine than coffee. The big difference: Matcha unfolds its effect gently. While the caffeine in coffee enters the bloodstream within 30-45 hours, this process lasts a full 6 to 8 hours with matcha, which is a major advantage. This is because it prevents high adrenaline and insulin surges, which only put the body under unnecessary stress. The high amount of L-theanine and other nutrients also have a positive effect on the immune system.

- The tea bowl is dishwasher safe!

- Pour 1 level teaspoon of matcha (2 bamboo spoons) into a matcha bowl (chawan).

- Add a little water (approx. 30 ml) and stir until creamy using a matcha whisk (chasen) ( Z-shaped movements).

- Top up the matcha with the frothed milk and enjoy.

- Store the organic matcha powder in a cool, dry place!
