With synchrony, Björk & Berries envisioned a city’s aromas via architecture and asked themselves, what makes a city come alive - more precisely, what fragrance would these spaces hold?
Top notes of dry cinnamon and fruity ginger describe the tenderness of shadows cast by the city - cool, veiled corners and pools of dappled shade. light’s reflection on the water invites the olfactory nerve to dance. Surprising mid notes of carrot seed - a celebration of the ever-present exploding nature around each corner and cobblestone. culminating in deep, leathery, ambery notes of labdanum spain absolute. base notes of patchouli, cedar and pink sugar add a more elegant tone - like silent waters playing under bridges and trees.
