Foot bath: Add 2-3 tablespoons of bath salts to about 5 liters of lukewarm water. After the foot bath, the skin of your feet will be cleansed and soft and your feet will feel soothed. Massage your feet with a nourishing foot cream afterwards.
Bathtub: Add a small cup of bath salts to the bath water and relax for about 20 minutes.
