Place the device on clean, dry skin. Remove make-up, glasses and contact lenses before using the SmartGoggles.

Put the SmartGoggles on your head and adjust the strap. The Therabody SmartGoggles should fit perfectly with your temples and sit comfortably on the bridge of your nose. The heart rate sensor should be in contact with your cheekbone.

Keep your eyes closed during the treatment. Avoid frequent movement during the treatment as this may affect the heart rate recording.

Press and hold the power button to turn on the SmartGoggles.

Press and release the power button to toggle between the different modes: SmartRelax, Focus and Sleep.

Press and release the vibration button to toggle between the four vibration patterns: Low, High, Wave and Pulse. (Press and hold the vibration button to stop the vibration).

Press the Heat button briefly to cycle through the three heat patterns. (Long press the button to stop heating).

Long press the Power button to turn off the SmartGoggles. Make sure the battery status LED is not lit.
