Perfumes like artwork, developed by perfumers without creative limits - that is Frédéric Malle's mission. Growing up in Paris, he was influenced by his grandfather, Serge Heftler-Louiche, founder of Parfums Christian Dior, and his mother, Artistic Director of Parfums Christian Dior. They gave him the idea that perfume can be a luxury item and a lifelong companion. Since founding his Éditions de Parfums in 2000, the industry expert has been committed to free auteur perfumery, in which every perfumer is recognized as an independent artist.
