Matcha is known from the Japanese tea culture and is considered the highest quality form of green tea, rich in polyphenols and highly potent antioxidants. Due to the caffeine it contains, matcha tea has an invigorating and energizing effect, and offers a gentler alternative to coffee.
A light vanilla note gives matcha a uniquely velvety taste, making it a delight even for new matcha drinkers.
- Organic Matcha Tea Powder: Rich in phytochemicals and the highly potent antioxidants beta carotene, EGCG, vitamins C and E, which act as free radical scavengers and keep harmful substances free from the body's cells. Catechins EGCG from the polyphenol family is also known for its anti-carcinogenic effects. Beta Carotene supports normal metabolism and normal eyes, skin and mucous membranes. Contains the plant substance chlorophyll, which, among other things, helps the body create new blood cells, inhibits inflammation and supports the body's defenses. The containing amino acid L-theanine is known for its stress-reducing effect.
- Rich in natural caffeine, which is much gentler and milder than coffee.
- Collagen powder: structural protein to support connective tissue and skin elasticity. Essential for maintaining healthy bones and normal mobility.
- Vitamin C from Camu Camu extract: To support collagen production and for cell protection against oxidative stress. Has anti-inflammatory effects and supports wound healing. Reduces fatigue and fatigue. Promotes normal immune defense.
- Organic Vanilla Extract: Adds a uniquely mild flavor to matcha. Known for its anti-oxidant, -microbial and anti-inflammatory effects.
Pour 1 tsp powder with about 80ml hot water and stir (with matcha whisk) until no lumps are visible. Refine with warm or cold (plant) milk as desired. Suitable for smoothies and dishes.
