MONCLER LES SOMMETS
The Moncler brand - an acronym for Monestier-de-Clermont, a village in the mountains near Grenoble - was founded in 1952 by René Ramillon and Andrè Vincent. They developed the down jacket that is still characteristic today, were the official outfitter of the French downhill ski team at the 1968 Winter Olympics and became a streetwear star in the 1980s. Since 2003, under the Italian management of Remo Ruffini, the label has become more exclusive and diverse. Proof of that is the first fragrance collection. Born in the mountains, living in the city.
