Coffee table book showcasing a dreamy road trip along the Strada Statale 163, linking the 13 towns comprising the Amalfi Coast, 300 pages, 200+ images, linen hardcover.
The Amalfi Coast embodies the pinnacle of the Italian dream. Tucked among lemon blossoms and bougainvillea, this stretch consists of 13 towns, accessible only by the Strada Statale 163 – a narrow, winding, cliffside road that, while challenging to traverse, offers unparalleled views. This magical strip connects the mountains to the Mediterranean Sea below, attracting aesthetes from around the world who return year after year to enjoy its quaint pebbled beaches, scenic hikes, perfect climate and legendary establishments. These include storied hotels and restaurants as well as cultural landmarks like the Cathedral in Amalfi and Villa Rufolo in Ravello. The Amalfi Coast has been graced by the presence of figures like Jacqueline Kennedy, John Steinbeck and Gore Vidal, whose influence endures in its vibrant culture. The region’s signature limoncello, produced and enjoyed locally, and its breathtaking villas and vistas, place the Amalfi Coast in a class of its own.
