"Strictly selective" stands for the portfolio of NICHE-BEAUTY.COM GmbH. Niche Beauty is an e-commerce platform with a wide selection of luxury cosmetic brands from all over the world. Many of our brands are often only known to beauty insiders and experts and our goal is to provide a curated shopping experience with the best brands carefully selected for our customers. Since 2019, Niche Beauty is part of the DOUGLAS Group, the leading provider of premium beauty and health in Europe.
Your tasks:
  • Design, develop, and implement email, WhatsApp, push, and CRM marketing campaigns
  • Utilize and manage various contact channels effectively
  • Analyze campaign results and derive actionable insights for campaign performance, providing optimization and strategic recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop cross-channel campaigns aimed at attributing the user journey and achieving optimal goals
  • Implement A/B testing plans to validate optimization hypotheses
  • Expand our loyalty program in European countries, tailoring it to specific market requirements
  • Work closely with our Creative, Brand, E-Commerce teams, and service providers
Your profile:
  • Degree in business administration, marketing, communication, or a similar qualification
  • Initial experience in email marketing/CRM, ideally within E-Commerce
  • Familiarity with common CRM tools (e.g. Emarsys)
  • Strong combination of analytical thinking, technical understanding, and creativity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Independent and proactive work approach
  • Fluent in English and German; additional European language skills are welcome
