The name of the online magazine (Herzundblut.com) for interior, lifestyle, food, travel & beauty is the program. With a distinctive love for detail and an exquisite aesthetic sense, Jules Villbrandt, founder of the blog, Maria-Silva Villbrandt, and Wilkin Schröder, fill the site with exciting living tours, inspiring interior design, travel, new beauty brands and much more that enriches and beautifies life.

 

1. Who are you, and where does your passion for interior design come from?
 
We are behind heart&blood: Jules, Wilkin, and Maria. Jules founded Blogazine over ten years ago. The passion for the interior came up from the beginning when we started with our home stories and studio visits. It's just fun to see how others live and what treasures there are in the interior world from vintage finds to new designers to discover.

 
2. What is your favorite room?
 
If we speak collectively for the three of us, our favorite room is our studio Maison Palmė! We have rented a loft in Berlin-Wedding as office and studio space, which we are continually redesigning. Currently, we love our curtains in the middle of the room and the pastel-colored cassette walls that we built ourselves. The great thing about our studio is that we can rearrange everything quite freely, so that not only we but also our guests are always surprised how differently a room can appear.

3. What is your ultimate interior tip?
 
We may not have an ultimate interior tip directly, but we recommend setting small accents by "statement pieces" here and there, also the combination of old and new has something. Vintage finds such as an ancient Persian carpet or an old vase also go perfectly with unique designer furniture. Even an exclusive candle or a small lamp on the sideboard makes the little but beautiful difference. 

 
4. What role does beauty play in your life?
 
Without question, all three of us are fans of good and high-quality beauty products. Also, on our Blogazine, we dedicate a series every month to the beauty favorites. What is important to us is healthy care, with natural ingredients in the foreground.

 
5. Which beauty product you can't do without in your everyday life?
 
While Wilkin doesn't want to do without his shampoo and peeling, Jules can't do without her daycare from Chanel. You will probably never see Maria without painted fingernails and a gaudy lipstick.
