The powder formula has the proven smooth, matte finish and sets make-up for 16 hours. The extremely light, silky setting powder, with the finest French cashmere talc, contains a unique light-reflecting ingredient that gives an even finish and smoothes fine lines and imperfections.

Usage

Saturate the Velour Puff with setting powder, working powder into puff by folding and rubbing the halves together.
