The DAILY ESSENTIAL plus PREGNANCY BOOST contains the all-round carefree nutrient supply for women in all trimesters of pregnancy: scientifically dosed folic acid (400µg folic acid according to DGE, premium active ingredient Quatrefolic®, a registered trademark of Gnosis S. p.A.) and Omega 3 DHA + EPA from the microalgae Schizochytrium sp. in two separate, bioactive Omega 3 capsules (450 mg EPA/DHA daily according to DVO (EU) 2017/2470 for pregnant and breastfeeding women). Also vitamin D, B12, choline, iodine, biotin and iron. DAILY ESSENTIAL contains 10 billion CFU (colony-forming units) of three probiotic bacterial strains, which, according to clinical studies, are said to have a positive effect on stress-related and psychological stress, among other things.

- Pregnant? Congratulations! Your body will undergo many changes in the coming months. The build-up of maternal, placental and fetal tissue will increase the need for some minerals. In particular, the intake of folic acid and Omega 3 DHA and EPA is recommended for pregnant women to promote the normal neurological development of the fetus. Iron, iodine, choline and vitamin B12 can also be useful as supplements. An adequate supply of these nutrients reduces the risk of pregnancy complications such as premature birth and miscarriage, embryonic malformations, fetal growth retardation and low birth weight.

It is recommended to take dissolving 4.82 grams, i.e. one tablespoon, of DAILY ESSENTIAL powder in a glass of water daily and taking it together with the vegan Omega 3 capsule and the LUNARY BOOST capsule. Take everything with food, as this helps the body to optimally absorb the ingredients.
