- The LUNARY DAILY ESSENTIAL provides a basic nutrient supply plus a vegan Omega 3 capsule made from algae oil, and supports your daily health routine with essential micronutrients.

It is recommended to dissolving 4.82 grams, i.e. one tablespoon, of DAILY ESSENTIAL powder in a glass of water and taking it together with the vegan Omega 3 capsule.
