The premium NATURAL CYCLE BOOST contains the most important supplementary micronutrients for women during the natural cycle, optimally dosed in 2 different capsules: iron and vitamin C in the first 15 days of the cycle (phase I); biotin, folic acid and vitamin B3 for day 15-30 (phase II). Additional iron and vitamin C to replenish iron stores. Of the 30 capsules, the red Phase I capsules are to be taken on days 1-15, the white Phase II capsules in the second half of the cycle.
