Diadem

Iconic and dignified, the diadem has been a symbol of royalty across the centuries. The British State Diadem features bejewelled floral bouquets. This fragrance gives that arrangement a luxurious interpretation. Purest Omani frankincense, recognising the spiritual and the temporal, blends intimately with rose, lavender, saffron crocus, and patchouli.

Top Notes: Lavender, Omani frankincense, cardamom

Heart Notes: Rose, saffron

Base Notes: Vanilla absolute, amber, patchouli

The story: Made for King George IV in 1820, the Diadem is worn by queens and queens consort for coronations and State Opening of Parliament. The diadem is adorned with 1,333 diamonds and 169 pearls. It features on many coins and banknotes in the Commonwealth.

The fragrance: A tantalising mix of refreshing lavender and the purest Omani frankincense opens this scent, whilst rose and saffron gently announce their arrival, developing as steady and intricate heart notes. Capturing the attention like the Diadem, base notes vanilla and amber create a sweet and warm regal sign-off.
