Dr. Barbara Sturm’s INTERMITTENT FASTING SUPPLEMENT SET contains essential micronutrients specifically chosen to help support the body’s functions during fasting. The set contains:
- Electrolytes (30 daily servings of 3.1 ml)
- Mixture of vitamins, trace elements and minerals (60 capsules)
- Omega-3 (30 gel caps)
- Magnesium (60 capsules).
- The electrolytes found in the body include magnesium, sodium, potassium and calcium. Magnesium and potassium contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and normal muscle function.
- ELECTROLYTES: Mix one level teaspoon (approximately 3.1g) of powder in 250ml water daily after waking. To be taken in the morning, on an empty stomach with a glass of water. (You take this at the time when you are not eating.)
- OMEGA-3: Take one gel capsule with a glass of water and with your first meal of the day in combination with the VITAMIN, TRACE ELEMENTS & MINERAL MIX capsule.
- VITAMIN, TRACE ELEMENTS & MINERAL MIX: Take two capsules with a glass of water and with your first meal of the day in combination with the OMEGA-3 capsule.
- MAGNESIUM: Take two capsules with a glass of water approximately 45 minutes before bedtime.
