After your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping notification by email. In the email you will find the tracking number, so you can check the status of your shipment yourself at any time. Furthermore, you have the possibility to check the shipping status in your personal NICHE-BEAUTY.COM customer account.

Within Germany, a normal standard shipment takes 1-3 days and is 3.95 €. If your order value is over 25 € these shipping costs are omitted. The costs for express shipping are 9,95 € and delivery will be made the next working day by 15 o'clock am.

NICHE-BEAUTY.COM delivers within Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as the rest of Europe. Orders to the USA and Asia are also possible.

To check if your order was successful, log into your customer account. There you will find an overview of your orders. If you have ordered from us as a guest, please contact our customer service.

Log in to your customer account to make the following changes:

  • Edit your name, email address and password.
  • Update your billing and shipping address.
  • Check the delivery status/tracking information for your order(s).
  • Manage your wishlist.
  • Change your newsletter subscription.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal: Your first time PayPal? Open a free account during payment now.
  • Direct Debit: A PayPal service. You do not need a PayPal account.
  • Credit Card: A PayPal service. You don't need a PayPal account.
  • Purchase on account: A PayPal service. You do not need a PayPal account.
  • Immediately: The direct transfer procedure of Sofort GmbH. A service from Klarna.
  • Prepayment: Pay your invoice number in advance. After receipt we will ship your order.
  • Cash on delivery: A service from DHL.
  • Amazon Pay: An Amazon service. Quickly and securely use the information stored in your Amazon account.

Swiss customers whose delivery and invoice address are in Switzerland are exempt from German value added tax (19%). The order will be invoiced after the address registration WITHOUT German VAT. It is to be noted that with the import into Switzerland then the valid Swiss value added tax (at present 8.0%) is to be paid. This tax is usually settled directly by the respective parcel deliverer.

So that your product arrives fast and safe with you, we dispatch your order into Switzerland exclusively insured with the German post office (DHL). Delivery to a Swiss P.O. box is not possible.

For deliveries to Switzerland, we do not charge German VAT, however, shipping is only possible up to a value of 999 Swiss francs net. The reason for this is complex customs information, which is net from a goods value of 1000 Swiss francs. Nevertheless, you can divide your order into several individual orders in order to avoid the costly customs formalities. After you have logged into your customer account and entered your shipping address to Switzerland, our shop system will calculate the net prices of your order, excluding German VAT. The legal Swiss value added tax as well as possible customs duties are charged to you plus by the Swiss customs. Please understand that we cannot refund these costs.

NICHE-BEAUTY.COM offers optically high-quality gift vouchers worth 25 to 500 euros. We will send you these either by post or by e-mail.

If you need to make any changes to your order, our team will need to know before shipping your order. Please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to change your order as requested, but please note that we also strive to ship orders as quickly as possible and therefore cannot guarantee that your changes can be made.


You have 14 days to decide if you want to keep your items. You can find detailed instructions on how to return your items here.

We ask you to return the goods to us within the period of 14 days.

A 100 percent refund of your return can only be made if the items arrive in their original packaging and unused. For used items we reserve the right to deduct a deduction of -50 percent. Please also note that for hygiene articles such as vibrators and bowling coaches a return is excluded.

Should the minimum order value for the receipt of a Promotion Bag/ Box be undercut due to your return, this must also be returned to us or the value will be offset against your return.

Please note: Only one gift voucher can be redeemed per order. They cannot be purchased on account, cash in advance or cash on delivery. A cash payment is excluded. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged.

Our Beautydeals, Beautybags and -boxes you receive from us free of charge starting from a certain order value. If your return value falls below this value, the free articles must also be returned to us. You can read more in our AGB´s .


During the checkout you have the choice between our Luxury and Standard packaging. Our Luxury packaging includes a beautiful gift box and tissue paper and is perfect as gift packaging. With our standard packaging you receive our products without the gift box, but safely packed to arrive safely at your home.

You are also welcomed to give pleasure to someone else. Put the desired items in your shopping cart and enter the address of the recipient as a different delivery address and select our Luxury packaging. Of course, we only send the invoice to the billing address and do not enclose it with the gift.
