DROP will arrive in travel mode. Press and hold the button for 3 seconds. It will send out two quick high-speed vibrations as a confirmation.
When locked, it cannot be turned on accidentally. To unlock, hold the button again for 3 seconds.
It’s recommended plugging directly into a wall outlet with a USB adapter (versus plugging into a device's USB port, like a computer). The tip of the device needs to be fully inserted for the device to charge.
It takes two hours for DROP to fully charge.
The light should fade in and out when it is charging and will shine brightly when complete.
DROP runs on a lithium-ion battery, so there will be battery drainage over time. It is recommended charging after every use for optimal life span. If the battery drains completely, the device will no longer work and cannot be charged.
