Saint Charles Mouth Oil is a proven formula from the Saint Charles pharmacy. It consists of the gently cold-pressed vegetable oils sesame oil, coconut oil and black cumin oil, as well as a special blend of 100 percent naturally pure essential oils. All of them are certified organic. The blend of essential oils is based on the proven Five Heroes blend.

Every day in the morning (or evening), before brushing your teeth, put a tablespoon of oil in your mouth and pull it back and forth between your teeth for 5 - 10 minutes. Then spit out the oil (do not swallow). Afterwards, either brush your teeth with a toothbrush (without toothpaste) or rinse thoroughly with some mouth oil, water or mouthwash.
