Wet hair and massage from roots to ends. Rinse thoroughly.

Apply the conditioner from the mid-lengths to the ends. Rinse thoroughly.

The Soulfood Mask can be used as a weekly treatment or daily conditioner after any Amika shampoo. Leave it on for 5 to 7 minutes, then rinse thoroughly. Use daily as a conditioner for high-porosity hair needing extra moisture. For normal or low-porosity hair, use as a weekly treatment.

Before bedtime, comb through dry or damp hair. Pump Dream Routine Overnight Hydration Treatment 1-4 times into hands: for fine or thin hair, 1-2 pumps; for medium or shoulder-length hair, 2-3 pumps; for thick or curly hair, 3-4 pumps.

Spray the Detangling Primer evenly into damp hair before detangling and/or blow-drying, or spray into damp hair and style as usual.
