This silky oil provides a comforting yet lightweight cushion. It is carefully crafted with vegan oils specifically selected to rebalance sebum production and help to protect against free radical damage while reducing trans epidermal water loss. From the first use, skin is smoother, hydrated, supple and luminated. Thanks to the groundbreaking OSMV™ encapsulation technology, Noble Panacea Brilliant Glow Hydration Oil can protect and deliver hyaluronic acid, a water-soluble active ingredient, deep into the skin for full potency, not previously done in an oil.
