Nutritional supplement capsules for menopause with Maca, Red Clover, Yam Root, Linseed and Pomegranate, supports well-being and balance, vegan.

This exclusive micronutrient complex of vitamins and phytoestrogens has been specially developed for women going through the menopause and can alleviate the associated symptoms.

Typical symptoms, in addition to hot flushes and sweating, are irregular menstrual bleeding, sleep disorders, muscle and joint pain, headaches or migraines, hair loss, palpitations, difficulty concentrating, digestive problems and mood swings. Many women are more irritable, lack energy and suffer from weight gain.

The Harmony is a product in cooperation with MAISON MADAME

- Casimir is the first supplement brand to develop its products according to female dosage guidelines. The recommended daily requirement of micronutrients is therefore based on women's values.

- This micronutrient complex of vitamins and phytoestrogens (plant hormones similar to the human hormone oestrogen), among other things, contributes to greater balance and harmony in everyday life.

- Secondary plant substances that are similar to human hormones are found in particular in red clover, yam, hops and pomegranate.

- Maca: Also known as the "miracle tuber" from the Andes, where it is one of the oldest cultivated plants from the folk medicine of the Incas. It belongs to the cruciferous family and is a good source of nutrients. It contains many proteins, omega-3 fatty acids, iron, iodine, manganese, phosphorus, sulphur, zinc, calcium and vitamins. Due to its isoflavones (phytoestrogens), maca can be used to treat all symptoms associated with female reproductive hormones. It supports hormonal imbalance and well-being. Maca is said to have a positive effect on inner restlessness, sleep disorders and hot flushes. The tuber is also said to stimulate sexual desire.

- Linseed: The largest source of so-called plant lignans, which are similar to female oestrogen and are said to balance the oestrogen balance. The lignans in flaxseed can work both ways, breaking down too much oestrogen and supporting too little. This can reduce hormone fluctuations and the resulting symptoms such as hot flushes, night sweats and mood swings. Flaxseed is also rich in fiber, which is highly recommended for a high-fiber diet during this phase of life.

- Red clover: A clover plant and belongs to the subgroup of the papilionaceous plants, which belong to the legume family. It contains valuable nutrients such as magnesium, calcium, potassium, B1, B3 and vitamin C. Red clover belongs to the isoflavones (plant hormones with an oestrogenic effect) and is also known as phyto-oestrogens. They therefore have an effect on the regulation of the hormone balance. With regard to menopausal symptoms, red clover can have a positive effect on hot flushes, sweating, concentration, mood and sleep patterns.

- Yam: A tuber that is a staple food in Africa and South America, comparable to the potato. It has a high starch content, fiber and many other valuable micronutrients, such as vitamins C, B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B9, potassium, calcium, magnesium, zinc, manganese, iron and copper. It also contains many antioxidants and can be described as a real superfood. An important ingredient, particularly in relation to the menopause, is diosgenin, a precursor of the human hormone progesterone, which counteracts oestrogen dominance and regulates the imbalanced hormone balance during the menopause. Even thousands of years ago, indigenous peoples used yam root to treat menstrual cramps or labor pains. The tuber also has an anti-inflammatory effect and is used to treat colds, inflammation, rheumatism and arthritis. Yam has an antispasmodic effect and has a positive effect on stress and anxiety. The high phosphorus content is important for bone strength, teeth and cells. Diosgenin also has a positive effect on memory.

- Pomegranate: Also known as a symbol of fertility, pomegranate has a positive effect on body and mind, which has been proven in many studies. It contains iron, calcium, vitamins B, C and E. It is also rich in antioxidants, has an anti-inflammatory effect and can have a positive effect on cardiovascular diseases. The pomegranate peel, as we use it, also contains flavonoids (polyphenols), which help to lower cholesterol levels. The fruit contains isoflavones or so-called phytoestrogens (plant hormones with an oestrogenic effect) and is used during the menopause for its hormone-regulating support. Symptoms such as hot flushes or mood swings can also be alleviated.

- Hops: Is a plant genus of the hemp family and can be found as a perennial in the northern hemisphere. Long before hops were used as an ingredient in beer, they were actually known as a medicinal plant. Hops have sleep-promoting and calming properties, which is very beneficial for menopausal symptoms. It is rich in the bitter substances humulone and lupulone and contains flavonoids and a relatively large amount of isoflavones (plant hormones with an estrogenic effect), also known as phytoestrogens, which can have an effect on the female hormone balance. Flavonoids belong to the group of polyphenols (secondary plant substances), which have a positive effect on human health - they reduce the risk of certain types of cancer, have a positive effect on the immune system and are antioxidant. In addition, taking hop blossom extract is said to alleviate symptoms such as hot flushes. Hops are also considered antibacterial, appetite stimulating and digestive.

- The capsules containers are made exclusively from 100% recycled PET (so-called rPET). These are in turn 100% recyclable. An important contribution to environmental protection, since glass bottles have a significantly higher energy consumption in the production and transport. Therefore, it is only with the liquid products that glass bottles are used.

- Furthermore, there is no unnecessary outer packaging - folding boxes are only used with the glass bottles, where they provide further protection during shipping.

- Labels and folding boxes are made exclusively from FSC-certified paper products.

- Take one to two capsules a day with plenty of water as required.

- Please note: According to the current guidelines of the German Society for Gynecology and Obstetrics, the intake of phytoestrogens is not recommended for women with breast cancer.

- Please note: The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of small children. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
